The Being Nature Book Club The Being Nature Book Club course was a live online course based on the book Being Nature: A Down-to-Earth Guide to the Four Foundations of Mindfulness by Wes Nisker.  It provides a practical programme, complete with enjoyable, even playful meditations  for realising greater self-awareness, increased wisdom, and happiness. It shows how recent discoveries in physics, evolutionary biology, and psychology express in scientific terms the same insights the Buddha discovered more than 2,500 years ago.
